WordPress theme can be installed by uploading the theme wordpress premium files to the FTP server, or from the WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).

Easiest way is through the Dashboard:

Login to the WordPress Administration area

Select Appearance

Select Themes

Select Add New Themes (or activate one of the available themes)
